We don't build for hypothetical buyers. Every product on this page exists because someone we know needed it and nothing already on the market got it right.

Why we exist
A short list of things we won't do.
- We won't price against your patience. If a feature costs us $0.40 a month to run, it doesn't suddenly cost $40 because of "value-based pricing."
- We won't sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to "trusted partners," not to AI training pipelines. Your stuff is yours.
- We won't dark-pattern you into upgrades. No fake scarcity, no countdown timers, no "you have 24 hours." And if a product of ours stops fitting your life, the export button works — your data leaves with you. Safe travels, and catch you on the next one.
- We won't ship to keep up. Releases go out when the work is good, not when a sprint ends. Some of what's on this page has been quietly getting better for years — that's the point.
About
A small studio, run by people who care about the work.
Fluffymachines was started by an IT and cybersecurity veteran with 25 years of building and securing production systems, who got tired of deploying tools that didn't fit the people using them. Every product here is something he wanted to exist, built with people he wants to work with, priced for people he'd recommend it to.
We're slow on purpose. The same experience that secured production environments for other companies for decades is the experience that builds and hosts everything on this page — so the boring parts (how your data is stored, who can see it, how releases get reviewed before they reach you) get the same care as the parts you actually see.
